Durango Deluxe DD-4

The new Durango Deluxe DD-4 was created for musicians looking for that classic humbucker guitar that offers the accuracy, playability and versatility of a modern instrument. It features the same refinements for 2011 as the DD-3 – thicker, larger body, 60’s profile C-neck and repositioned controls for exceptional access. But there’s more. The flamed top carved mahogany core body is a feast for the eyes. The two LHN-5 humbuckers combined to the 24 ¾ scale will produce that typical warm and full humbucker sound with excellent treble response for clarity. Whether you play Jazz, Blues or Rock music, the VSC-3 (Variable Spectrum Control) will provide a tonal spectrum not available on other guitars.

The Variable Spectrum Control (VSC)

The Variable Spectrum Control (VSC) lets you break through traditional tonal boundaries. The user adjustable presets let you change your sound from creamy overdrive to bell-like highs – instantly.
