BLADE ENDORSER NEWS
Roger Heerink,

Roger is no stranger in the Dutch and international music scene. His freelance guitarist work brought him to backup artists such as Lionel Ritchie, Katie Melua as well as various Dutch artists. Roger has been playing his Blade RH-4 for many years and underlines the fact that there is no other instrument he would favour to accomplish the variety of tones he is being asked for. In the past years, Roger has worked a lot on his own band project called Lou-Patty, a fusion of R&B, Rock & Funk. A very refreshing band!
The band is on tour and we can only recommend to visit their shows!

Franck Bedez - FBI, New Solo Album
Long time friend and BLADE-bass artist Franck Bedez finally released his first Solo album which showcases the many talents of this very unique musician.
FBI stands for "Franck Bedez Investigations" and he indeed pushed the tonal investigations far ahead. The opening song "Bass Booster" is quite a funky tune featuring drummer Steve Ferrone. Equally remarkable is the bass duett with french session bassist Dominique Bertram. No question that Franck managed to give this album a lot of different colors while keeping a central tonal balance. Songs like "All that I needed" feature UK Singer Robert Brown as well as an appearance of Blade BCS Endorser Fab Tranzer. We shall also mention Franck's top notch production and arrangement work.
Yes you got the message loud and clear: we can highly recommend to have a listen to Franck Bedez's FBI and for those who are temped to buy the album, the Jacket alone is worth all the money!
