Blade MV-525 Vintage Style

The BLADE® Dayton Standard is the foundation of the series. A North American alder body and maple neck build the tonal chassis. The instrument is adorned with a vintage-colored pickguard mounted with Levinson VS-1 single coil and Levinson LP-92 Soapbar in a humbucker size package. The LP-92 pickup delivers a distinctive combination of balanced high output and brilliant treble response making it a great companion to the vintage tone of the VS-1 in the neck position. Other features include Blade’s M-525 tremolo with tone balanced string spacing and a rosewood fingerboard.

Features

MV-525 Tremolo

The MV-525 Tremolo offers Vintage Tone and trouble free string centering! The steel saddles are spaced at 52.5 mm to guarantee optimal string positioning on the edge of the fingerboard.

EZ-Access truss rod

Born in the workshop as the logical result of simplifying truss rod adjustment, the Levinson EZ-Access neck rod has been a standard feature on Blade® guitars since 1987. By simply removing the Levinson imprinted cover at the 22nd fret the neck rod tension can be adjusted to compensate for seasonal humidity changes affecting your action.

LP-92 Soapbar Bridge Pickup

The LP-92 will give immediate punch and a tone that will fit any rock or blues oriented situation.
